GOING TO THE DOGS FOR A GOOD CAUSE.

Hi. The challenge this week is a very special one and we would love it if you all would join us in this great cause.  There is a rescue for Dachshunds in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, USA called Dachshund Rescue of Bucks County.  You can find their link here.  This group not only rescues doxies but, they give them the love, vet care and foster homes until they are placed in a furever home.  If you would like to read more about what they do please stop by here .  They are in need of donations so they can help care and pay the costs of the vet bills so, we are asking your help in helping them give these guys/gals the love and care that they need. 

So, in Honor of our challenge Stamping Dragon Designs

has created 2 images  one is called Doxie Love Charity Card which you can find here

 and another one called Doxie Love Stamp which you can find here 

All proceeds from these two stamps will go to Dachshund Rescue of Bucks County .  So, please help us help these guys/gals get the loving homes that they deserve. 


So, for this challenge we will be doing something different.  If you go to our store and purchase one of these images and use them for this challenge we will be putting your entry in for a special drawing.  That drawing will be for 2 images winners choice (winner will be chosen at random) and a spot as a guest designer on our design team. Now remember that prize is only if you use one of the above images and enter it into our challenge for this week. 

All entries will be entered to win 2 images their choice from Stamping Dragon Designs chosen at random and 7 images winners choice from our Sponsor Bugaboo Stamps

The challenge is to create a project or card with a dog on it.

Before I get into this weeks challenge I want to remind you all that you can find the winners of the past challenges under our winners tab.  It is found under our logo.  Thanks.

It's hard to believe that July is fast approaching and this coming week we will be celebrating 4th of July in the USA.  So, for this challenge we would like to go with the theme of Red, White and Blue in honnor of the 4th of July.  Keep in mind in order to qualify for entry of the prize you must have Red, White and Blue on your project.

Stamping Dragon Designs is looking for new design team members! We need your help and enthusiasm promoting our products through your personal blog and online galleries. We are looking for team members who are excited about Digital Stamps, and would love being a part of a fun and friendly design environment. Once you've read thru the guidelines and requirements, please email us using the link provided below. Thanks again, and we look forward to hearing from you!

Term and Open Call

If chosen, your term will run for a 1 year term beginning on June 22, 2012. This call is open to all.

Application Process

All submissions must be received by 12:00am EST, June 1st, 2012. New design team members will be contacted by June 3rd, 2012.

General Requirements

You will need to be able to receive and print out your images.

You will need the ability to post your work to your blogs and on our message board.

You will need to have a blog or website with regular updates and to be able to comment on entries from our challenges along with your fellow DT members.

You will need to be able to submit your work on time which is every Wed. by 7 pm EST.

You'll also need to be ready to have some FUN and enjoy your digital images!!!

Monthly Responsibilities

Submit a minimum of 4 items (cards, scrap layouts, altered art) per month using digital images that we will provide. You will have a minimum of 2 weeks to put your art together

Comment on entries and your other design team members blogs

Encourage other crafters and promote Stamping Dragon Designs and our Sponsors thru your blog, and whenever you see an opportunity.
